I got inspiration for this video from Robin Williams death. So many comedians make us laugh and provide joy to our lives, but deep down they are suffering from mental illness.  They all put on a fake smile, but are actually hurting. This does not only apply to comedians though, but also to others with mental illness. In my video I hold up an over-the-top fake smile to my mouth, while showing pieces the paper with the most coming mental illness is the U.S. I wrote illness on the top of my head to show that just because someone is smiling on the outside, they may be going to a lot on the inside
